By accessing and using Central VIP Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

By accessing and using Central VIP Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Rental Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old (25 for luxury/exotic vehicles)
  • Valid driver's license held for minimum 2 years
  • Valid credit card in the driver's name
  • Passport or government-issued ID
  • Proof of insurance (if applicable)

Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
  • Reservation confirmation will be sent via email
  • Full payment is required to confirm booking
  • Booking modifications subject to availability and fees
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before pickup

Payment & Deposits

  • Full rental amount must be paid at time of booking
  • Security deposit required for all rentals (refundable)
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services
  • Fuel policy: Return with the same fuel level as pickup
  • Late returns charged at hourly rate (25% of daily rate)

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain the vehicle in good condition
  • Report any accidents or damage immediately
  • Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
  • No smoking in vehicles
  • Do not use vehicle for illegal purposes
  • Return vehicle on time and in agreed condition

Insurance & Liability

  • Basic insurance included in all rentals
  • Additional coverage options available
  • You are responsible for any damage not covered by insurance
  • Report accidents to police and our office within 24 hours
  • Liability limits as specified in rental agreement

Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours before pickup:

Full refund minus 10% processing fee

24-48 hours before pickup:

50% refund

Less than 24 hours:

No refund

Damage & Theft

  • Report any damage or theft immediately
  • Vehicle inspection conducted at pickup and return
  • Renter responsible for damage deductible per insurance policy
  • Photos taken at pickup and return for documentation

Limitation of Liability

Central VIP Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or vehicles. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
